Cancellation policy:

• Cancel 30 Days before check-in date 100% Refund of total booking amount.
• Cancel (29-18) Days before check-in date 75% Refund of total booking amount.
• Cancel (18-11) Days before check-in date 50% Refund of total booking amount.
• Cancel 10 Days before check-in date Non-Refundable

Modifying your reservation:

• During any changes in reservation during the check-in time, unfavourable to the Property or leading to loss in business, we reserve the right to deny admission/forfeit advance amount.

Terms and conditions:

• We are entitled to change the prices, if the guests requests changes to the number of rooms reserved, services required or the length of the stay agreed upon.
• We are entitled to withdraw our services if the advance payment agreed is not made.
• The guests have no right to demand a specific room unless we have confirmed the provision of a particular room in writing.
• We will request you to provide a valid Identity proof of all the guests including children for the registration on arrival.
• On the agreed day of departure, rooms must be vacated and be at our disposal by 12 noon at the latest. After this time, we may charge the daytime room rate up until 4 pm to compensate it for the additional use of the room and the costs incurred by way of the delayed availability of the room from 4pm we may charge 100% of the current full lodging price.
• Our rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Early check-in are subject to room availability.
• We will request you not to smoke inside the rooms but guests are free to smoke outside the rooms in their private balconies or in the open garden area.
• All the charges shall be paid even if the guest voluntarily does not utilize the facilities or consume any of the meals provided to him/her.
• Shouting, screaming and abusing is prohibited. We don’t allow playing any loud electronic music on our premises. No nuisance will be tolerated and we may ask you to leave as we do not want our other guests to suffer who have come for a peaceful vacation.
• Indoor games are available on our premises.
• Any additional services like- snacks, drinks, meals or special service apart of booking would be on ala carte basis, and charges would be paying at hotel’s reception
• Driver accommodation available on prior notice charged at Rs.1000 per day inclusive of stay and meals.(*subject to availability)
• Please note that we might not be able to accommodate last minute special dietary requests. Kindly inform us well in advance if you have any special requests.
• Since all our meals are freshly prepared, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Please let us know your food preferences and allergies before your stay.
• There is safe private car parking for the in house guests.
• It is mandatory for all and everyone to follow all the Covid-19 protocols, we will not be responsible for any proceedings if guests are caught not following any protocols.
• We have full authority to deny admission to anyone not following Covid-19 protocols or misbehaving with any local authority.

General policy:

• We at Aaryam have a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services.
• We may limit the number of people who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will allow only registered guests to use its facilities.
• A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
• Early checkout or reduction in number of rooms in case of pre booking will not be entertained for any reason whatsoever; a full amount will be charged for the hotels loss of inventory.
• In case of objection to the policies of our company, a genuine complaint is accepted within 24hours of the mail generated.
